Congratulations to the FDT team as it nears completion of the Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study of a new-build facility for a major client. Lasting almost a year, and at over four hundred nodes, it has been one of the most challenging projects for our experienced staff.

FDT successfully managed all elements of the HAZOP, including:

·      Leading the HAZOP sessions

·      Risk ranking of scenarios

·      Managing the close out of recommendations

·      Reporting progress to the client
